My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Danny is a playful happy 14 pound Shih Tzu. He came from a place where he was not treated well, and as a result, Danny is not good around men. That's why we have indicated he is "special needs". Healthwise, Danny is just fine.

When you reach out to pet Danny on the top of his head, he flinches. This suggests that he may have been hit on the head before.

Danny's ideal home will have a woman as his owner (though he lives in a foster home with a husband around) a fenced yard where Danny can play with another dog. Danny loves to play with other dogs, and is very well behaved in the house. Danny knows how to use a doggie door, too.

Danny has been neutered , vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $150.00.
