Linda's Story...
Little Linda is a very sweet and loves cuddling on the couch! Linda is a night owl but loves being little spoon when she is ready for bed. It takes a little while to for her to get used to other animals. Linda can be really lazy all day but at night she is a ball of energy. She doesn’t let her back leg stop her from running and jumping onto things. Her favorite toys are mice, ping pong balls and the crinkle cat tunnel from Walmart. She takes naps and plays in her tunnel. Linda can be a little feisty during play time and will nip if you touch her tummy. She also has a craving for bread and is consider not just a Domestic Long Hair but a "Munchkin" cat as well. Check it out! They are super cute!

Act quickly to adopt Linda. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linda, a Mayflower Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Mayflower, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Mayflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mayflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mayflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mayflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
