My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ren!

Ren is a pug/chihuahua mix, house trained, sweet, up to date on all shots, and fixed.

Ren and his brother Stimpy are two AMAZINGLY sweet pug mixes. Their owner adores them but her husband is allergic to them.

Ren is a bit more inquisitive. He will be the first to go and check out a strange noise or see who’s coming to the front door. He can usually be caught with his tongue sticking out just a bit, and quite a bit more when he’s relaxing! When being carried he prefers to be sitting up and looking over your shoulder.

These brothers are just so attached it’s difficult not to write about the two of them. They keep each other great company and look out for each other. On the rare occasion they are separated for any amount of time, the other will just mope. They are happy and well-adjusted and honestly, as long as they have each other, confident. Side-by-side they walk very well on leashes together. They don’t bark or cry or crowd around your feet. They learn routine and boundaries quickly. They are happiest in a lap and will compete for your hand if you’re petting or rubbing a belly. The only reason in the world we would let them go is because my husband is now so allergic he’s suffering asthma attacks immediately after arriving at home at night. (We went the route of allergy shots – the shots are what gave him the asthma.)
