Petunia is a sweetheart who needs more work on basic training. She is very willing to please but doesn't know what is expected of her. I believe she was a house dog at one time. She was found as a stray but her nails were painted blue. She had to sit still and allow that...most likely cuddled up on a couch next to her owner. She was never found at the shelter and our rescue ended up pulling her to help make room so that they didn't have to kill as many dogs that week.
Petunia has leash aggression issues with other dogs. This is a workable issue, but this is something her new owner needs to be aware of and willing to work with her on.
