Tinkerbell's Story...
TINKERBELL has a tri-color coat with a sprinkling of Lemon Beagle pixie dust and Tink needs faith and trust that she will soon find a forever home. She is a 10-month old Beagle mix female who weighs 24 pounds. She has been vetted, vaccinated and spayed. She is very sweet and on the shy and timid side. She will sometimes cower when you go to touch her so she may have been mistreated in the past. She was found as a stray near an elementary school in Troy, TN, and was taken to The Pound. She was not claimed and so she needed to be rescued in order to save her life. She is now hoping for a better life with a forever family of her own. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Tinkerbell if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help our 501(c)3 non-profit rescue to cover the cost of her veterinary care and spay surgery.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinkerbell, a Union City Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Union City, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Union City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union City paves the way for another one to be saved.
