Not a mean bone is this poor guy's body. Rescued from abuse situation and he deserves so much better-- Totally just a perfect all around dog. Good for families with kids of any ages, or retired couple, or semi-retired couple, single person...easy going and calm as can be. Likes to play with other dogs. Major seems to prefer being with other dogs and loves to hang out with his people. Does not bark a lot. Is good on energy level without being demanding or non-responsive. Loves all humans that are kind and loving to him. Major has been through a lot, including seeing his best friend beaten, starved, and poisoned to death. The sicko liked Major better but determined they hated the other dog and tragically, we did not get there in time. Major suffered and has terrible nightmares and is afraid of the hose, sprinklers, and water. He loves people but cowers and shakes if people raise their voices. He needs help-- he needs love and stability and to feel safe. He has no aggression. It is just heartbreaking to see how he reacts. This dog is the kindest soul and deserves so much better than what he's gotten so far in his life.
