Lauren's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lauren's Story...
Beautiful Lauren is a 2 year old medium mixed breed dog. She kind of looks like a mini Australian or Border Collie! She was brought to the shelter with her 9 small puppies, and when they were ready to find homes of her own she was put up for adoption too! She is a sweet girl who enjoys the company of others, human or canine! She is a great size, small enough to snuggle on the couch with, but big enough she could go on a decent length walk. She is so smart, knows how to sit, and appears to be housetrained but may need some reminders in her new home. Lauren has been spayed, is current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet her today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lauren, a Benbrook Border Collie/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Border Collie/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
