Tacoma came to us from a not so great situation... her caretaker had her tried very hard, but just did not have the means to properly care for all the dogs that wandered to him from the desert - he did his best to keep them fed while struggling to do the same with himself. Tacoma had obviously been hit by a car long ago and she does have a slight limp on one side (her front and back leg), but the vets that we showed her x-rays to said because it was so old there was nothing to be done and she really gets along great. She is naturally a mellow girl, totally housetrained, not destructive at all and very affectionate. She has been fostered with a number of other dogs, male and female and she is great with all of them. She is gentle with children and an all around happy, good natured girl - she's never met someone or something she does not like.
