Oliver's Story...
Oliver is a fun loving and spunky guy who loves to play! He arrived as a stray, so little is known about his past behaviors and living situations, but he does appear to be house trained and he loves to meet new people! He likes going for walks, but prefers to run around in a back yard with you chasing toys! The cost of his adoption does not include the cost of his neuter surgery. Once adopted, he will be transported to a local veterinarian where he will be released to his adopters once payment to the clinic is complete. His adoption fee is $85.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oliver, a Rapid City Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wirehaired Fox Terrier for sale in Rapid City, or seeking a Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog from a breeder in Rapid City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rapid City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rapid City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wirehaired Fox Terrier breeders who help with Wirehaired Fox Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rapid City paves the way for another one to be saved.
