Scout
Available and looking for a family who wants an energetic companion.

Meet Scout, a 46 pound, 1 year old male Border Collie mix.
Scout was rescued from a local animal shelter.

Scout is a sweet and bright boy who loves people of all ages; he never meets a stranger and will make instant friends with you. He loves playing chase and tug-o-war with his two playful foster siblings. He rides well in the car, and walks great on a leash. He would love to go on hikes and runs with his favorite person. He has a strong desire to exercise his mind and body, so he'll need plenty of activities to keep his mind stimulated. He is leash trained, house trained and sleeps in a kennel at night.

Scout is looking for a home with a large fenced yard with plenty of room to run and exercise in. He would love to have older kids to play with and a doggy playmate close to his size and energy level. If you are looking for a companion who is excited to just hang out or engage in some activities, Scout is the dog for you.

Scout is neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, current on all age appropriate vaccinations, and is on flea and heartworm prevention.

His adoption fee is only $75.
