Carolyna's Story...
Meet Carolyna! Carolyna is a wonderful dog who hasn't had the best start in life. We rescued Carolyna from a high-kill shelter where she was severely underweight after being abandoned there. Carolyna is now happily gaining weight and is so appreciative to be surrounded by love. She's a truly resilient dog who now loves to give kisses to everyone :). Carolyna loves to play with her canine pals at the shelter but is ready to find her forever family! If you're interested in adopting Carolyna, please fill out our Dog Adoption Application today and we will contact you!

***Carolyna is currently in LAFAYETTE, LA but we transport to COLORADO every two weeks. Carolyna's adoption fee is $400, which includes transport. All Acadiana Animal Aid dogs are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, on heart worm, flea, and tick preventative, and microchipped.***CarolynaCarolyna

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carolyna, a Denver Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Denver, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
