Kado's Story...
Hello, my name is Kado. I am a very sweet young man probably around the age of 2. I am learning to play fetch and I have really good manners. I am willing to learn more as well. I would be great with kids because I am not a jumpy dog. I get along great with othet dogs but meeting yours first is still a good idea. I do not like cats and i can jump short fences. Please come down and see me soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kado, a Indianola German Shorthaired Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Indianola, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer dog from a breeder in Indianola.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianola already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianola breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianola paves the way for another one to be saved.
