My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! My name is Marco. I'm an 11 month old, 50 pound Lab. I was purchased as a baby by an elderly couple. They took good care of me but I guess they didn't think about life with a full grown, happy, silly Lab. As I grew and my exercise needs increased, they realized they didn't have enough energy for me. It was a sad day for all when they dropped me off at the shelter.

I'm as sweet as a boy can be and everyone here loves me. I'm even a good play buddy with other dogs- the puppies hang on me and follow me around like I'm the Pied Piper.

I'm happy here but guess what? I have a Birthday coming up on the 28th!!! The only present I'm asking for is a new home...although a meat cake would be nice too :)

If you have space in your home and heart for me (and maybe a meat cake) I would love to meet you!
