Patches's Story...
Please meet Tia (Ty) Patches. Two Shih Tzu's. This is a bonded pair of Shih tzu boys of 11 & 5-6. They are very happy to greet you wagging tails and laps of kisses. They are very willingly to wait to do their business out back, but can’t wait to come back in to lay right by your side. Tai (B/W) is 11 years old, and his best bud, Patches is approximately 8 years old Both are very well mannered and love to play with their toys and want to sleep at your feet every moment of the day, or romp around with one another. They are very good in the car, and are darlings with children and other dogs. They met their very first kitty here at my house. They both froze in time, and began to bark of shear confusion; however, the moment I told them to ”leave it” they immediately stopped and now they occasionally bark at the kitty. Both are up to date on their vaccinations, both are neutered Both will come with thirty days medical insurance and are micro-chipped and will be registered to the new family. If you are interested in adopting these two please go to www.tprescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patches, a Pennsauken Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Pennsauken, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Pennsauken.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pennsauken already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pennsauken breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pennsauken paves the way for another one to be saved.
