Special Needs:  Sprays to mark his territory

Patiently waiting for a “furever” home and family of his very own, Mouse is usually the first one to greet you when you visit the shelter. He is an extremely sweet gentle soul who is completely people focused, especially when you go into the kitchen. He will always find a way to get your attention and often help you prepare food platters by taste testing each one to ensure that it meets proper standards. A handsome love bug with a wonderful purrsonality and a special charm that makes you instantly fall in love with him. Mouse is excellent with other cats and would make a purrrfect companion / lap cat for any family as he loves to be near people. If you are ready for a love bug who is quite the character, please fill out an adoption application and contact us.

About North Toronto Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adooption contract is found on-line.
