Facts about Jada

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever/American Bulldog Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Jada is an 8yo Lab/bulldog mix, who is very loving, loyal dog and looking for a loyal family to love her in return. She is kid and people friendly and would be a great companion. She would prefer to be the only dog but does fine with male dogs with proper intros and selective with female dogs. She has wonderful house manners, takes treats gently, knows basic commands and listens well. She’s active and loves to play in the water, which tends to make watering the grass for her foster Dad a bit of a chore. Can you find a place in your heart and home for Sweet Jada girl?

Jada’s previous "family" dumped her at the city shelter after treating her like a fixture not a part of the family! She deserves a much better life. She is spayed, micro-chipped, HW negative, vaccinated and comes with 30 days of pet insurance. Apply at www.tprescue.org. Currently fostered in Croydon, PA

Our Adoption Process...

How can I Adopt a Tiny Dog?
When you are ready to adopt a new friend, we will ask you to complete our friendly screening process, which ensures a sucessful and safe adoption.

Complete an Adoption Application
We will have a brief conversation with you to find out about your daily schedule, determine your preferences and needs, and talk about your previous experience with pets.
We will check two personal references.
If applicable, we will call your veterinarian to ensure that previous pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and well cared for.
For renters, we will check with your landlord to ensure that dogs are permitted.
Lastly, we will do an informal home check. We will arrange a visit with the dog and your family, typically at your home. This is a great opportunity for you to get valuable input on how to integrate your new pet into your home. If we agree it is a mutually good fit, you will sign an adoption contract and take the new dog into your home.

This process typically takes a few days and then you are ready to take your new friend home.
