My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have a white mosaic male chinchilla that is looking for his new home. He came to NWI a bit ago, and we estimate he was born 8/1/2015. This makes him right around 2.5 months old, and now is a great time for him to go to his new home and bond with his new family.
This male is white and grey in color, his color is called “mosaic.” He is white with some grey shading on his head and his rump. He has a lighter spot on his forehead almost like a star.
He’s a very cute boy. He’s an energetic youngster who loves to explore. He does good with being handled and petted, though as he is curious, he would love to jump from your arms to your shoulder, to your head…. He would love to just explore. He would probably love if you would sit down with him in a playpen or small room / bathroom and let him hop all over you and his surrounding areas (for short periods of time until he’s older). He definitely can be held and petted, he’s just so curious he wants to check everything out, even while you’re holding him. Very cute, sweet boy. Doesn’t bite.
This chinchilla is currently living alone, and we do not know if he gets along with other chinchillas. If you are curious as to whether he might get along with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
This chinchilla would make a good “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before.
This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. He will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.
Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet, fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire, and provide proof of cage. If you are unwilling to do these things, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.

This mosaic male would normally be $175, but due to our Fall Fiesta sale, his adoption fee is now discounted to $150. Must be picked up or have deposit put down by Nov. 30.
