My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koala is currently being fostered in CT.
Here is more information about me:
GENERAL BEHAVIOR AND IDEAL HOME:

Look at that face! Those freckles! She just wants to go home with a family to love. She's hoping her special Gotcha Day comes soon, but until it does, she'll enjoy excursions with her friends at Dog Days - like this one with her good buddy, Erica! Erica reported that Koala is an absolute dream girl and they had so much fun on their outing together - and it's clear that Koala couldn't wait to get started!

Koala is loving and affectionate, smart and playful, and adores people of all ages! She LOVES making new friends! Koala is currently working on her doggy-interpersonal skills, and while she's made great strides, we recommend she be your only pet smile emoticon

Koala is 2 yrs old, spayed, current on vaccinations, and weighs about 45 lbs. This beauty is sturdy and strong, but walks nicely on a leash like a little lady

GENERAL VETERINARY CARE:
I have been:
~ spayed/neutered
~ microchipped
~ dewormed
~ heatworm-tested negative if dog is of age to be tested ( 6 months or older)
~ up to date on all age appropriate shots
~ treated with a flea preventative

ADOPTION FEES
Rescues participating in our events are not allowed to charge more than $385 an adoption fee and some adoption fees are much less - it depends on what the rescue chooses to charge - Dog Days does not take any portion of the adoption fees.
