My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDGSR WELCOMES SCOUT INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!! (CAT FRIENDLY)

Scout is an approx. 1-2 yr. old male Shepherd mix, and about 50lbs.
he is very sweet, he is cat and other dog friendly, easy to handle, He is a nice boy who is affectionate, good with kids, he can be a little skittish at first but we do believe someone roughed him up at times.
Scout was surrendered to a high intake TN Shelter and we all know what that means,
he was surrendered by his previous owner because 'he just wasn't a good hunting dog' and
did not like Guns. The absolute nonsense and garbage we've heard of why people get rid of their animals is beyond us, This dog is a great companion, has a medium energy level, not overly active or difficult by any means, he is simply a good dog.
You can copy and paste the additional video links of Scout we have below and
then also see the cat test one by clicking the little camera icon next to his pics.
