Rambler's Story...
Rambler is a classic Black/Tan male 18 months. Rambler is one happy dog. This full of life boy is large and playful. He loves to play with other dogs in typical GSD wrestling fashion. As beautiful as he is, he is just starting to learn basic obedience which will need to be continued. He also requires habitual daily exercise to get all his wiggles out. Come meet him at an adoption day!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rambler, a Alameda German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Alameda, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Alameda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alameda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alameda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alameda paves the way for another one to be saved.
