Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Mollie. I am an Australian Shepherd/Irish Setter mix who only weighs about 40 lbs. I am looking for a new home because my owner works long hours. He wants me to live with people who can give me time and attention. I am housebroken and crate trained, so you can leave me alone for a while and I'll be okay!
When my owner walks or runs with me (I am leash trained, and I make a great running partner!), I often see people smiling down at me. I'm pretty sure they're thinking, "My, what a beautiful dog!" I don't mean to be vain, but a lot of people do say that. My owner and his friends describe me as precious, cuddly, smart, sweet, and loyal. I give hugs like a human. I listen very well--tell me to stop, sit, stay, come, or get down, and I'll do it!
I’m not all perfect, though. I can be jumpy and anxious when I’m outside and I’m known to freeze up around other dogs. It takes me awhile to trust strangers but once I get to know them, I LOVE THEM! I’m hoping to find a family that will understand that I need time to get used to new things and new people and that I will make a great friend!
Kisses-Mollie
