EVA's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

EVA's Story...
Eva -8 Month old – Black Lab Mix, 30-35lbs – Eva was found on the side of a Mexican highway, when she was only a couple of months old. She has had a wonderful puppy life with lots of other dogs and cats. She is playful, welcoming and friendly dog; enjoying the company of kids and animals alike. She is a very happy, independent pup, but is very trainable and looks for guidance from her human. She is
leash trained and house trained..
She loves affection and won't pass up an opportunity for a pat or a belly rub. Eva is definitely a medium to low energy dog and does everything with a calm nature. She is very smart and has quickly caught on to where to relieve herself in the backyard.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

EVA, a Calgary Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Calgary, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Calgary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calgary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calgary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calgary paves the way for another one to be saved.
