found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Quasar is approximately 1½ years old, and was found as a stray, with an injury to her eye. We hoped that perhaps the injury would resolve itself, but unfortunately, we had to remove the injured eye. However, it doesn't slow her down. She is curious and energetic!
She has tons of love to give! She does extremely well with other dogs and is a true cuddle bug, bonding quickly and thoroughly to "her" woman.
Quasar is unsure of strangers, and those who don't "belong" in the home. She is good with both women and men outside of the home, but we have found her to be very protective of women and to be somewhat suspicious of men there. With love and patience, she is now fully accepting of the husband in her foster home.
Quasar is petite and feminine, and will win your heart!
If you think you might like to adopt Quasar or one of our other dogs, YOU MUST FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION at www.mtbr.org.; it does not commit you to adopting. Every dog adopted out by MTBR must be an inside dog. There are no exceptions!
DISCLAIMER: Dogs have been observed while in the rescue program, and appear to be of stable temperament. However, it is not possible to test dogs under all circumstances, so caution should be used in new environments, especially involving young children.
