Delilah's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Delilah's Story...

Delilah is approximately 4-5 yrs old and is absolutely beautiful.  Delilah has an amazing and loving attitude. She is great with kids and just wants to play and be loved! Her foster mom says the kids poop her out but she does a very good job of entertaining them.

Delilah seems to get along with most male dogs, but can be somewhat possessive towards other female dogs.

Delilah does well on leash and is crate trained and house trained.

If you think you might like to adopt Delilah or one of our other dogs, YOU MUST FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION at www.mtbr.org.; it does not commit you to adopting.

Every dog adopted out by MTBR must be an inside dog. There are no exceptions!

DISCLAIMER: Dogs have been observed while in the rescue program, and appear to be of stable temperament. However, it is not possible to test dogs under all circumstances, so caution should be used in new environments, especially involving young children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Delilah, a Brentwood Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Brentwood, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Brentwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brentwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brentwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brentwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
