June's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

June's Story...

June is a beautiful and sweet brindle female boxer. She is approximately 1 1/2-2 yrs of age.  She and her brother, Johnny, were turned into the shelter together.

June is an absolute LOVE BUG! She is a petite little girl weighing approximately 40-45 lbs.

June does well with other dogs, adults and is great with children.  We believe she is housetrained and seems to do well on a leash.

Our preference is to keep June and Johnny together, but understand, this might not be possible.  They are both wonderful dogs and will make a wonderful addition to any family.

If you think you might like to adopt *** or one of our other dogs, YOU MUST FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION at www.mtbr.org. It does not commit you to adopting.

Every dog adopted out by MTBR must be an inside dog. There are no exceptions!

DISCLAIMER: Dogs have been observed while in the rescue program, and appear to be of stable temperament. However, it is not possible to test dogs under all circumstances, so caution should be used in new environments, especially involving young children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

June, a Brentwood Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Brentwood, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Brentwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brentwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brentwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brentwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
