Miles's Story...
Meet Handsome Miles, He's cool with dogs, uninterested in cats, and great with kids.
Miles is a sweet, smart dog who is going to be the love of someone's life. He adores people and getting pet and will do just about anything in order to get your attention and get some belly rubs from you. He is extremely loyal and promises to devote his whole heart and soul to his people.

Snickers walks well on the leash - He needs some help with Housetraining. He loves pummeling piles of leaves and we suspect he is going to absolutely adore snowfall when that time of year comes.
Handsome Miles is up to date on shots, Neutered and Microchipped...and just waiting to meet you
If you are interested in Meeting this wonderful boy.. please contact Lynn or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue - thur www.swpapyr.org, or respond by e-mail - --Miles will LOVE you for it! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miles, a Pittsburgh Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Pittsburgh, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Pittsburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pittsburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pittsburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pittsburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
