Here's what the humans have to say about me:
To MEET Finn - fill out an application. Cut and paste this link into your web browser: www.welcomehomedogrescue.org/adoption/application-to-adopt-a-companion/

Foster parents have the first option to adopt. We will provide all you need to foster.
Weight: 5.25 lbs
Age: 4 months
Personality: Finn is a very playful and feisty puppy with a typical terrier personality. He is very sweet and affectionate, but stands up for himself playing with other dogs. He likes to chew on a Kong toy and has a more alpha personality.
Coat: Very soft puppy coat, but may be wire haired as his adult coat grows.
Training: Is learning basic obedience like sit. Owner will need to continue his training at a puppy kindergarten class and then basic manners.
Potty trained: yes
Health: Excellent. Full vet exam showed no known health issues.
History: Finn and his brother Otto were found in the rain, abandoned in a box. They were shivering with cold and soaked to the skin. They were both barely 3 months old and very tiny. Their stomachs were full of dirt, which was probably the only thing available to eat. Rescuers in S. Korea saved these tiny boys and brought them to thriving health. Mixed breed dogs have a near impossible task of being adopted in Korea, so they were brought here to find their forever family.
Fostered in: Fullerton
Type of home: Adopter MUST have experience training and socializing a dog. Finn is very smart and in typical terrier fashion will try to rule the roost. Adopter will need to spend time exercising, training and socializing Finn.
Crate trained: Yes
Good with Dogs: Yes
Good with Kids: Yes
Good with Cats: Unknown
Adoption fee (non-refundable): $300
All dogs are fully vetted, tested for heartworm, microchipped, and up to date with vaccinations.
Our adoption process looks like this:
1. Adoption application review by WHDR board
2. Adoption application approval
3. Meet and greet
4. Home safety check
5. Final approval and adoption finalized
Our volunteers, donors and adopters mean the world to us! Without you, we couldn't do what we do - saving the lives of abused, neglected and abandoned dogs and providing them with a loving forever home.
