found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Doesn’t this picture just make you smile? Hurk and Zena may be an odd couple but they sure are precious. Sadly, as a result of the flooding, their family had to move to a place where they aren't allowed to have pets. Hurk and Zena deserve to be with a family again. Please SHARE and help us find them a wonderful, loving family. They are a special pair and they are ready for a special family to take them home...together.
Hurk is the ideal family pet. He is soft, gentle and affectionate; he loves being pet played with. He has a very mild-mannered nature and is great with kids and other dogs. Hurk has his moments of high energy but he’s a big boy and runs out of energy quickly, then he flops on his bed and sleeps. Hurk isn’t interested in toys but he loves treats! He is leash trained and fully housebroken. Hurk is approximately 5 years old, neutered and weighs 71 lbs. He is heartworm negative, his shots are up to date through October 2016 and he’s taking monthly flea/heartworm prevention.
Zena is a very sweet little girl who follows you everywhere. She likes to snuggle and take naps. Zena has a low energy level and really just wants to cuddle on the couch and be by your side. She can be a little grumpy with other dogs; she will snap when dogs get in her face but she doesn't bite, it's more of a warning. Zena is leash trained. She is not fully housebroken; she has accidents every now and then and needs to be encouraged to go outside. She is missing a lot of teeth but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying food; she just needs soft food and she is happy. Zena is approximately 9 years old, spayed and weighs 6 lbs. She is heartworm negative, her shots are up to date through October 2016 and she’s taking monthly flea/heartworm prevention.
If you'd like to meet Hurk and Zena, email firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message and we'll send you an Adoption Application. Their adoption fee is $300. They are being fostered in Pawleys Island, SC; out of state adopters are welcome!
