~~This little imp is Chewbacca, but his friends call him Chewie. Believe it or not, he's even cuter in the fur :) He's a happy pup of a couple years and the perfect best friend size at 50 pounds. We have no idea what his ingredients are (besides cute, that is) - perhaps pit bull shepherd blend? He loves water so maybe throw in some retriever too. Turn the hose on and instead of running, Chewie figures that's the signal to play! Yay!!!
Our golden kid with the widow's peak and forehead wrinkles is a sweet and gentle boy. He gets so excited to see his people that his tail wags wildly for at least two minutes (even if they're just walking into the room from another room lol). Chewie's full of energy and loves other dogs. He's not a fan of cats but he sure hopes to have a playful doggie pal who likes to cuddle too. He's been perfecting his manners and skills and is super treat motivated. It's funny how his hearing improves when there's food involved too. He's crate trained and house broken, and although an active guy, he's good at entertaining himself with toys when it's time to chill out. Chewie hopes his people will like to play fetch cuz along with a love of water, he's great at retrieving the ball. Over and over and over. He's sure to keep you in stitches with his goofy antics and puppy fun :)
Like most dogs, Chewie loves his walks and needs daily exercise and mental stimulation to thrive and grow. A semi-active family willing to provide leadership and structure will help this darling boy mature into one fine adult. If you're a fun loving family who enjoys doing things with your furkids too, then get in touch and meet Chewiepooh. He'll snag your heart and hopefully a forever place with you!
