Bear's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bear's Story...
Bear is a 8 year pure breed GSD who is very smart and affectionate, he can be by other dogs in a social environment like walks and parks so long as he is leashed but he can not be left off leash to run and play or live in a home with other dogs. He is older and doesn't like dogs in his face also no cats. His owner has passed away and we hate that he has to be in a boarding facility instead of getting to sleep on comfy dog bed in a loving home. Finding a home with no other dogs has proven to be very difficult. Does anyone have a retired person at home who just wants a companion who will hang with them and give them love? If so then Bear is your dog. We want to find Bear a home as he is currently being boarded with our friends at the Michigan Dog Training Facility. You can go to the link below and see photos they post of Bear.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Mt. Clemens German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mt. Clemens, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Mt. Clemens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mt. Clemens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mt. Clemens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mt. Clemens paves the way for another one to be saved.
