Mingus - In Foster's Story...

Mingus has had a tough start to his young life. He's approximately 3years old and was found tied up to an abandoned home during NOLA's hard freeze back in January. He's neutered, microchipped, UTD on shots and recently completed heart worm treatment. He's energetic and loving. He's people and dog friendly but not cat friendly as he plays too rough with them. He's crate trained and is learning to walk on a leash. The pictures make him look big, at 42lbs his short body is perfect size for even a small apartment. Please contact jllopez504@icloud.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mingus - In Foster, a Marrero Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Marrero, or seeking a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Marrero.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marrero already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marrero breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marrero paves the way for another one to be saved.
