History: Bennett was rescued from S. Korea, where red poodles are quite numerous and considered good luck! This lovely boy was surrendered by his owner when she had a baby. He was brought to California to find a forever family. He had many foster homes he stayed briefly. Due to his unstable living environment in his early years, he developed some anxiety issues but during last 6 months at his foster home, he learned to trust and gained self confidence through love and constant positive reinforcement. We would want Bennett to meet an experienced adopter who can guide him with patience as this boy has a lot of potential with the right training.
Fostered in: La Habra
Type of home: Bennett would love to have someone at home to hang out. Ideal adopter would have prior dog experience. Poodles are very smart, and this isn't a good match for a first time dog owner. It will be ideal if Bennett could be the only dog in the house.
