My name is Guinness. I’m a beautiful male kitten. I have gorgeous green eyes and a soft slinky brown/gray coat. I love other animals – other cats and small dogs. I love to play, am very active and can scale tall cat trees, jump on an unsuspecting pug, and carry around small objects.
People? Well, eventually I come around. I can deal with kids of all ages, except the kind that hunt you down and want to dress you up. You have to give me time to warm up to you. I’m really reserved. I like attention on MY terms. In the mornings when I am hungry I’ll be at your side rubbing your leg, wanting to be petted – and fed of course. I’ll even let you pick me up for a short amount of time. I might struggle when I want to be put down but at least I’m cool and don’t bite at all. I do have manners.
I might wake you up around 4am at times too – just to say “I really do love you” – I’ll jump up on your bed, give you a quick cuddle and eventually I will do this a few times a day. And then I’ll start sleeping with you every so often. I just need time.
When someone comes to the door, I hide. You can’t find me most of the time – I’m really good at that.
I am a bit vocal at times– am I complaining or just singing? I’ll let you try to figure that out.
So if you are looking for a very handsome fellow who may take 4-6 wks to warm up to you – and doesn’t like to be center stage, I’m your guy. I’m easy to take care of, have no litter box issues, I’m not destructive, I’m not mean, and with time I’ll be your BFF.
