Justin's Story...
How are you doing today? My name is Justin! It is very nice to meet you. I am a super sweet dog with great manners. I'm only about 3 years old so I am still playful, but I have plenty of wisdom for a young dog like myself. I have been waiting for a home for a very long time, but I haven't lost hope. I'm just waiting for the perfect human to find me so they will take care of me and give me the love and attention I deserve. I have a autoimmune condition called Pemphigus foliaceus but don't let that scare you, I just means I have rough paw pads that need a little moisturizer. If you can rub my feet every now and then, I can provide you with the greatest companionship imaginable. That sounds like a pretty good deal, right? So what do you say? Are you the human I've been waiting for? If you think so, contact WAG and set up an appointment so we can meet at last!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justin, a Williston Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound for sale in Williston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound dog from a breeder in Williston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williston paves the way for another one to be saved.
