My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brady is the best little dog you could ask for! He is about 1-2 years old, house trained, neutered, on heart worm prevention, and up-to-date on vaccinations. He absolutely loves adults, kids, other dogs and cats, and travels well in an RV for adventures on the road. He is being fostered by young grandparents who have little grandchildren. Brady is gentle and loving with them and he loves to take naps with his foster dad later, He gets his energy out running and playing in the backyard. He is a lap dog and a cuddle pooch. If you are looking for an awesome little dog, you have found your match in Brady!

ARF'N primarily adopts only to residents in the counties surrounding Hernando County in central Florida or within a 60-90 min. drive from the Brooksville/Spring Hill areas. The reason for this is that we personally conduct home visits for each of our rescued pets to ensure they are getting a safe home.

The application can be found here: http://www.arfn.org/adoption-application/

Email questions to: info@arfn.org. We do not have a phone number to reach us.

Our adoption fees for dogs range between $150 and $250. All of our pets come completely vetted (spay/neuter, vaccinations, heart worm tested, on heart worm prevention, and a microchip).

ARF'N is a rescue operated by volunteers with full-time professional jobs during the day. We can't always get back to you immediately. Most of our rescue work happens in the evenings and on the weekends. It can typically take up to two weeks to go from application to adoption. More time is required for pets with multiple applications. We do not adopt on a first come, first served basis. We find the best match between pet and adopter. Please be patient with us through this process.
