Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bryan was found on a country road near Bryan, TX. We didn’t have to think too hard to come up with a name and it does suit this laid back boy. He is 7 years old and a slender 28 pounds on a 14-inch frame.
Bryan is feeling good now that he has recovered from heart worms. Unfortunately, his heart is now enlarged and he needs medication to prevent congestion. He has had a good response to his new therapy and is back on the hunt for squirrels!
He is starting to interact more with his foster siblings and does join all of them on a squirrel hunt when the call goes out! He is a quiet guy who likes to spend most of his time watching the world go by from a comfy spot on the couch. One of the best things about middle aged boys is that they have such nice house manners! You do not have to worry about Bryan getting into anything. Bryan does go into a kennel without a fuss at meal time, but does not need to be kenneled.
Bryan is a sweet and loving guy who likes nothing better than to have you join him on the couch for a cuddle. He loves the attention, but is never demanding of your time. His favorite place to sleep at night is on the foot of your bed, but will sleep on a dog bed if directed to. Bryan will make a wonderful companion for someone. He will be happy as a member of your pack or as an only dog. Just give him a chance to show you what a wonderful boy he is!
