Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tipsy was found in terrible condition by Huntsville Animal Services, and quickly rescued by Friends of Rescue. He is named after his cute little head tilt, that is more than likely permanent. But by all means, don't let that fool you, Tipsy doesn't let that stop him. He rips and runs with all the dogs, eats and drinks with no problem. It adds character to his already perfect personality. Tipsy loves to play with his rope toy, he is excellent around dogs of all sizes, and isn't bothered by cats. He is crate trained, leashed trained, and house broken. If he's not playing, he's laying on the couch next to you.
