Greetings everyone!
I'm Dempsey. You may have already heard about me because I'm kind of famous! You see, I was featured in an article a few weeks ago.
See, in the story, our hero (that's me) is lost (and gets hit by a car) when a good Samaritan drives by and sees and rescues him. And then the nice people at Bichon FurKids decide to help our hero (still me) because he needs to recover from his injuries (although, lucky for him, no surgery is needed.) So they help the hero get the right medication and treatment -- and start him on the way to a full recovery. Now, can you guess the next part of the story? Well then our hero—oh, forget it, you know that I mean "me", right? goes to a wonderful foster home where he is loved and cared for, gets stronger and learns to trust and love. Then he, I mean, I get to find a forever home and live happily ever after! Hooray!
Even though I had kind of a difficult journey so far, Mom says I believe in keeping a cheerful outlook on life. I'm friendly and cute, cuddly and playful. Stuffed animals are my favorites (especially when they belong to my doggy foster sister. Lucky for me she's very sweet and willing to share. Whew!)
I love to go outside and can't wait until I have a yard of my own to explore. In the meantime I like to follow Mom everywhere and soak up as much attention as I can! Mom says I'm very sweet and very happy - and waiting to live the life I was meant to live.
So if you're interested in a little guy who is filled with love and likes to cuddle, will benefit from short walks (they help me heal faster!) and is happy and playful then please let’s meet! I promise to be the very best companion you could hope for! (And then you can help me write the end of the story where the hero goes off into the sunset with a love song being sung in the background!
