My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NOVEMBER IS ADOPT A SENIOR MONTH! Meet (not quite senior) Cooper! He was found as a stray down south and spent 9 months in a shelter before finding foster in New England. Cooper is a sweet dog and wants nothing more than a loving home. He is an older gent but has plenty of energy. He would make a great addition to your family. And he has the most soulful eyes. He is a winner and needs a chance to be a family member. Cooper is absolutely beautiful and has a heart of gold. He would be a great companion and so appreciative of a loving home. He loves children and would be great as an only dog to soak up all the love. He is house trained and loves his toys! He gets along better with female dogs but is okay with male dogs too. He would prefer a home where someone is there most/all the time or would be great as an office dog. He has been through basic training and knows sit, leave it and stay. He walks well on a leash, but needs to work on leash introductions. He is very loving and is well mannered. He is currently being fostered with a cat and a female dog and is doing great! He had a DNA test done and he is 50% Lab and the other 50% is mixed between Bull Terrier/Chow and German Shepherd but is all Lab in personality. He is an amazing boy that deserves nothing but the best and still has a lot of love to give. Apply today and come meet him! He is a cross post for a woman in Walpole, MA but he can meet anywhere.
