NO RESPONSES TO INQUIRIES WITHOUT AN APPLICATION ON FILE
We do not transport dogs out of the area. We ask that you live within 50 miles of the dog's location. We are an all volunteer organization and can only respond when a completed application is filed. We do list our requirements, so please read carefully. . All dogs are adopted through contract.
WE DO REQUIRE A PHYSICAL FENCE for most dogs as they have gotten used to be outside.
Holly is a sweet Terrier mix perhaps with the small face of a matlese. She is about 2 years old, 14 lbs and UTD on vaccines and spayed. She was scared inside the shelter and now has come around to be a sweet loveable girl. She loves playing with dogs and cats as well as children. As with all our rescues we look for a loving home with patience and understanding to continue to make Holly feel loved and at her forever home. Since most dogs in the south are used to being outside while playing , a fenced yard will be preferred, as well as a committment for the family to go to a good trainer .She appears to walk nicely on a leash and seems to be potty trained onto a schedule. It is our belief that a well trained dog will make for an amazing life that you cannot begin to imagine unless you have had the experience.

Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do NOT save applications, but you may put multiple names on one applciation. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted.
