Forrest is a male Maltese/Terrier mix approximately 1 year in age. He is a slender, dainty little guy weighing in at 12 pounds full-grown. Forrest has a bright white coat that is adorably curly on his head. He is super mellow, quiet, and well-behaved. Forrest will do pretty much anything you tell him to and never makes a fuss. He is an easy keeper in every way. Forrest has simple needs and just wants to get along. He loves attention and being patted, but he will never force himself on you. He is the ultimate polite gentleman! Once Forrest gets to know you, his favorite way of showing his love is to give tiny little kisses in the most gentle, heart warming way. He is a total doll and will thrive in a home that keeps him safe and secure. Forrest loves creature comforts and can frequently be found curled up in his favorite doggie bed observing the activity around him. When its time to go out, Forrest happily trots on outside to do his business and then will look at you as if to say, "ok now what?". Forrest is good with children but they need to be gentle because he is on the small side. He is absolutely excellent with other dogs big and small. Forrest was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. He is healthy and ready for his new forever loving home today!
Forrest’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Forrest is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Mary B. and is ready for his forever home.
