Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snuggles was found along with his sister Cuddles abandoned at a car wash with their umbilical cords still attached :( He has been raised in foster care and is the sweetest little kitten, all purr, play and love. We would love to see him adopted with his sister if possible, but he would be fine adopted on his own as well.
