Chelsea's Story...
Chelsea is a 5 1/2 year old Labrador Border Collie Mix who recently lost her home due to unforeseen medical and financial circumstances for her owners. She was welcomed to Gregory's with open arms and has been loved since she walked through the doors. She came to reside with us along with her 15 year old Siberian Husky fur friend, Koojay, who is in need of a foster home for his final senior years. Koojay has been a delight to have with us, a mellow very charming old boy still full of life. Both are absolutely wonderful dogs who were truly loved. If you have room in your heart for a sparkle of love then Chelsea is for you. If you can find it in your heart to give a sparkle of love to a fabulous senior then Koojay is for you. (Note, Koojay is on a temporary health hold. His profile will be back up as soon as we have his medical issues resolved.) Chelsea is still available.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chelsea, a New Richmond, Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in New Richmond,, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in New Richmond,.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond, already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond, breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond, paves the way for another one to be saved.
