Emmeline - baby (born on October 12, 2015) - yellow plush short to medium coat - female
Emmeline is one of the adorable puppies from the Trailblazers Litter. She and her four siblings were born in foster care on October 12, 2015.
We do not know anything about the father(s) of the Trailblazers; their mother, Sarah Elizabeth, is a medium sized dog who appears to have either Shepherd or Husky in her mix. She is a generous, patient and loving mother, and all the puppies are chubby, happy, responsive and intrepid little beings.
Regarding future size of the puppies: we expect the puppies to be medium in size, and are estimating they could grow to between 45 and 60 pounds. Regarding possible breed combinations: Even though she has the coloring and look of a Lab, it is probably best to look at Emmeline as a one of a kind mutt.
The puppies will be ready for adoption on December 10th, when they will be 8 weeks of age. Hedgesville Hounds requires a securely fenced yard for puppies, and we are not recommending these puppies for placement in a home with children under the age of 8.
If you are interested in adopting a puppy from Hedgesville Hounds, please fill out our non-binding adoption application. The adoption fee for our puppies will cover their future booster shots, rabies, and deworming, as well as their spay or neuters (when they are fully 6 months of age) if the adopter uses one of our relationship vets.
