Hi, I'm Carter! I was rescued with my three siblings when we were about 3 weeks old. I was born around 8/1/15, which makes me about 3.5 months old. I am a very sweet boy and would love a forever home soon! Because I am fixed, tested (negative) for FIV and FeLV, and vaccinated, Happy Strays asks for a $125 adoption fee.
