Mona was left behind by an Army serviceman, his wife and two small children, when the Army soldier was recently transferred from San Diego to New York. Mona was left with a couple (family friends) who live in an apartment in Los Angeles where unfortunately pets are not allowed by the landlord. Mona needs a good home with someone who will love her, take care of her, and not abandon her. She has a SWEET temperament and personality, easy going, and very easy to care for. She listens and follows instructions and commands, is potty-trained and very adaptable. When she lived with another dog, a tiny Yorkie, she displayed gentle maternal instincts. Her affection and love for this little dog was loving, tender and endearing. She travels well in a car and endured the sad drive from San Diego to Los Angeles where she was left behind by her original family. She was great with their two small children. Whoever gives Mona a home will be richly blessed with unconditional love, loyalty and kisses from a wonderful canine representative of Man’s Best Friend.
