STRADER here! I am about 2 - 3 years old and just having a ball since moving into MinPinHaven! I was born in a puppy mill and it was awful – I was terrified most of the time. When we arrived in Phoenix I was humping all the dogs and trying to bite all the humans but my foster mom wouldn’t give up and finally she picked me up and I just melted into her arms. I am here with other dogs and we have very soft blankeys, our own comfy beds with lots of good food, and we get snuggled a lot! I love to lay against my foster moms chest and put my head on her shoulders - it is sooo nice. I am a bit timid with new things until I am sure of new dogs or new humans. The grass tickles my feet but I love roaming around the yard and I even like it when Auntie holds me and we swim. I am about 12 inches tall and 12 pounds!
I will be neutered, up to date on my shots, on heartworm medicine (treats I love once a month), I will be micro chipped, and my ideal forever home will hopefully adopt me and Preston so we can hang out together and enough humans to cuddle us ALOT!! I would like lots of new adventures – car rides, swims, walks, toys and games, and of course, soft beds, good food, toys, playing chase with other dogs, and snuggling and being loved. STRADER continues working on his house manners and he is kennel trained. He is trying to like walking on his leash.
STRADER needs time to get used to new people but would be good with anyone 8 and older after a slow introduction. He doesn’t know what cats are but is great with other dogs.
