ADOPTION PENDING **** Ginger is another simply wonderful Colorado sweetheart dachshund waiting for a forever home. Ginger and her equally sweet and lovely sister Lucy are looking for a family they can give their unlimited love to and have the same unconditional love returned to them. Ginger and Lucy are a bonded pair and have been together since birth 8 years ago. Ginger is very good about meeting new people while Lucy is just a bit reserved, but, not fearful. They both seem to adore children that are respectful and know how to appropriately handle dachshunds. They are both reliably house trained and will bark only if there is something to bark at or about. It would be difficult to find two sweeter or more well behaved dachshunds. They love to tear up squeaky toys, especially Lucy. Going for walks is one of their favorite activities and they have excellent leash manners. Ginger and Lucy's ideal COLORADO home will have a fenced yard and hopefully someone that is home more than gone.
