My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! I'm Pearl, and I'm a lovely Pekingese mix gal with the most beautiful eyes and sweet, unassuming demeanor.

I'm at the stage of my life when I should be pampered and loved, without a care in the world. But sadly, my world was turned upside-down when my loving human passed away. I'm an optimistic sort, though, and I know I will find another special someone to love and be loved by. I have a gentle and mellow personality, and I adore nothing more than to be held and petted. I get along fine with dogs and kids. I'm housetrained and seem to be kennel-trained, too. My fur is currently short, but it will grow out Pekingese-style and require regular combing and grooming.

Finding my forever home will be my dream come true, but please give me time to adjust to my new routine. Basic doggy training may be helpful, too. I'd love for us to continue our higher education together!
