Betsy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Betsy's Story...
Betsy is absolutely beautiful and has a nice coat on her that is very easy to maintain just by routine brushing and bathing. If you do that on a weekly basis, there will be no shedding but otherwise it is minimal shedding. She is tough to stand up to rough kids and not get easily hurt like some of the smaller dogs. But she is strong and gets excited and would easily knock over a very small child. She is a very small medium sized dog weighing 32 pounds. She is just an adorable fun loving, precious dog and you will not find a better greeting then hers when coming home after a hard day! No chickens though! She is a good guard dog and easily trainable. She is potty trained, likes walks. She does well with all dogs after she has a little time to warm up to them. And one of her very favorite things in life is toys!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betsy, a Ridgecrest Border Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Boxer for sale in Ridgecrest, or seeking a Border Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Ridgecrest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ridgecrest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ridgecrest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Border Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ridgecrest paves the way for another one to be saved.
